The Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Roswell metro median home price sits around $410,000 as of mid-2026 — up modestly from 2025 but well below the national median for major metros.
Inside the perimeter is a different market. Midtown, Buckhead, and Inman Park have medians 2-3x the metro number. Suburban Sandy Springs, Decatur, and the close-in eastside hover at 1.5-2x.
What's actually for sale
Inventory has loosened considerably from the 2021-2022 lows. You'll see more single-family homes in 30307 (Inman Park), 30308 (Midtown), and 30327 (Buckhead West).
